The Commander Islands Nature and Biosphere Reserve is happy to congratulate you on New Year! In 2017 Russian system of nature reserves is going to celebrate an important anniversary – 100 years! All the national parks, nature reserves and wildlife sanctuaries began on the creation of Barguzinsky Nature Reserve on January 11, 1917.
